Salary Package: $121,359 – $129,772 per annum plus 17% superannuation
Terms: 1 x Full time, Fixed-term (up to 18 months) (flexible arrangements, job share, or part time hours will be considered)
Position overview
The Australian National University is seeking an experienced and qualified Payroll Remediation Business Analyst. Reporting to the Manager, HR Data Integrity & Insights, the Senior Remediation Business Analyst is responsible for the analysis and translation of Payroll Remediation and ongoing payroll assurance business requirements. The Senior Remediation Business Analyst works closely with the Manager, Payroll Remediation to produce optimal business and systems solutions that support the Payroll Assurance and Compliance Taskforce within the People Services team.
The Senior Remediation Business Analyst evaluates processes and methods used in existing HR systems (PeopleSoft HCM), provides reports, and proposes modifications, additional system components or new systems to meet user needs as expressed in specifications and other documentation, and identifies and communicates with users to formulate and produce requirement specifications to create system and software solutions.
