We're looking for an experienced Solution Architect to play a key role in a major digital customer experience (CX) uplift while also helping shape and mature enterprise architecture practices.
This is a hands-on role where you'll design end-to-end solutions across digital platforms, guide technology decisions, and work closely with business and technology stakeholders to ensure outcomes are scalable, secure and aligned to strategy.
What you'll be doing
* Designing end-to-end solution architectures for complex, integrated digital platforms
* Leading architecture input into a major CX uplift initiative
* Translating business requirements into clear, pragmatic technical designs
* Defining and evolving enterprise architecture standards, principles and governance
* Working closely with internal teams, executives and external vendors
* Assessing existing systems, identifying gaps, risks and integration opportunities
* Ensuring solutions meet security, regulatory and data governance requirements (including APRA standards)
* Evaluating emerging technologies and making practical recommendations
What you'll bring
* Proven experience as a Solution Architect (or similar)
* Strong background in digital platforms, integrations and cloud-based architectures
* Experience working across both business and IT stakeholders
* Solid understanding of architecture frameworks and modelling approaches
* Experience in digital transformation programs
* Exposure to financial services or insurance environments (highly regarded)
* Knowledge of security and compliance frameworks (ISO27001, APRA)
* TOGAF or similar certification desirable
