About the Role
Depending on experience and position, your responsibilities may include:
* Overseeing day-to-day front of house operations and supporting smooth service delivery
* Leading, mentoring, and training staff to maintain professional service standards
* Managing reservations, floor planning, and service flow during busy periods
* Collaborating with the kitchen team to ensure clear communication and cohesive service
* Performing rostering using Deputy to ensure optimal staff coverage
* Participating in performance reviews every 6 and 12 months
* Acting as the main point of contact for guest enquiries and service recovery
* Supporting sales performance and daily operational requirements

What We're Looking For
* Previous experience in hospitality roles with supervisory or managerial responsibility
* Strong leadership and team development skills (for supervisor/manager roles)
* Excellent communication and customer service abilities
* Organised, proactive, and hands-on approach
* Experience with rostering tools (Deputy preferred)
* Passion for quality food and exceptional guest experiences
