Job Description
The position plays a pivotal role in the Quality Assurance, Systems and Process team, supporting the Regulatory Operations Division (ROD) by undertaking quality assurance activities and providing recommendations for improvements.
As a member of this team, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining operational process documents to ensure compliance with legislative, financial, and administrative frameworks.
Required Skills and Qualifications
Position duties include but are not limited to:
* Developing, reviewing, and continuously improving ROD's operational process documents.
* Contributing to the development and review of Commission-wide policies and resources, providing high-quality input that incorporates operational insights, legislative understanding, and stakeholder perspectives.
* Maintaining various ROD registers, ensuring accuracy, accessibility, and compliance with recordkeeping and governance standards.
* Developing subject matter expertise and interpreting relevant legislation, providing analysis, insights, and guidance on their implications for ROD operations, and contributing to the development of processes that support compliance and mitigate risk.
* Responding to ad-hoc requests for process-related information and resources, exercising sound judgement, effective prioritisation, and discretion to ensure timely and appropriate outcomes.
