Over the past 12 months, this business has secured significant project wins across renewable energy, infrastructure and power systems. They're now looking for a Technical Director to work alongside the leadership team and help drive the next phase of growth. The role will suit a senior electrical engineer, technical leader, Principal, Associate Director or Director who enjoys being involved in both the technical and commercial direction of a business. You'll play a key role in: Providing technical leadership across major electrical engineering projects Supporting bids, proposals and client engagement activities Mentoring and developing engineers across the business Helping shape technical standards, systems and delivery methodologies Building long-term relationships with clients, contractors and delivery partners Influencing business strategy and future growth plans The project portfolio includes utility-scale renewable energy projects including solar, wind, battery energy storage systems (BESS) and wider energy transition initiatives, alongside infrastructure and complex electrical engineering projects.
