Must be able to obtain Baseline APS6,EL1 equivalent Essential criteria 1. Facilitate core Scrum ceremonies (Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Planning, Reviews, and Retrospectives), maintaining a well-groomed and prioritised product backlog in collaboration with the Product Owner, and proactively identifying and removing impediments to ensure team delivery remains on track. 2. Foster agile mindsets and practices whilst ensuring alignment with structured governance, reporting, and stage-gate requirements typical of project management in government. 3. Coach and mentor teams and individuals in agile principles and practices, fostering a culture of continuous improvement, psychological safety, and high performance. 4. Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills, with the ability to facilitate collaboration across multidisciplinary teams, product owners, and senior executives, including translating agile concepts for non-technical stakeholders. 5. Drive the effective use of agile tools such as DevOps to capture development information to support reporting and governance requirements beyond the Scrum teams Desirable criteria 1. Relevant qualifications in IT, scrum, agile, Kanban or other agile frameworks. 2. Experience using Azure DevOps 3. Experience or knowledge of Dynamics 365
