About The Role
This senior leadership position will lead the development of robust frameworks and processes that underpin statutory compliance, governance excellence, and a strong risk culture. You will be responsible for maintaining and monitoring the enterprise risk register, promoting a strong risk and compliance culture through education and transparent reporting.

Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* A tertiary qualification in Law, Risk Management, Governance, Business or related discipline
* Postgraduate or professional qualifications (e.g., GAICD, GIA, CPA, CA, MBA) desirable
* 5+ years' senior leadership experience overseeing risk, compliance, quality, and governance ideally in an aged care environment
