Program Details
12‐week paid internship supporting Chevron's LNG plant operations. The program runs from 23 November 2026 to 19 February 2027, with the week of 28 December off.

About the Program
The Intern Program is part of Chevron's Neurodiversity Inclusion Program and offers exposure to real‐world technical challenges and the company's engineering processes and systems.
Responsibilities
* Work alongside specialist engineers to resolve technical issues impacting LNG plant performance and availability.
* Collect and analyze data supporting offshore and onshore assets operated by Chevron.
* Assist in evaluating reservoir and well performance and support petroleum‐engineering field operations responsible for monitoring and optimizing well performance and integrity.
* Learn and apply well‐condition monitoring, reservoir surveillance, and asset‐integrity management to inform short‐ and long‐term business decisions.
* Experience the routine management of gas‐production well operations to maintain asset integrity and optimize resource recovery.
Eligibility & Requirements
* Eligible to legally work and live in Australia permanently.
* Studying one of the following engineering disciplines at a tertiary level (any year): Chemical, Civil/Structural, Electrical, Mechanical, or Mechatronic Engineering.
* Effective communication skills with strong analytical skills and a focus on teamwork and collaboration.
* Available for full‐time work (Monday to Friday) throughout the internship period, except for the week of 28 December.
