Senior Paid Search Manager
Drive strategic growth through paid search by shaping industry-leading strategies and fostering collaboration across multiple teams.
* Audit existing search accounts to improve effectiveness, proposing hypotheses and designing test-and-learns to increase performance efficiencies.
* Work with activation teams to ensure best practice search frameworks are adhered to and present proposed tests to clients, incorporating feedback into test design.
* Influence the go-to-market strategy for Adobe across APAC, with access to extensive testing and development budgets and alpha/beta opportunities with key agency partners.
Key Skills:
* Strong expertise in Google Ads and Microsoft Advertising
* Experience with multi-engine tools such as Search Ads 360 or Adobe Media Optimizer
* Clear understanding of different attribution models, including data-driven attribution
* Clear understanding of conversion tracking capabilities within Paid Search platforms, including data signal management

Required Qualifications:
* 5+ years of experience managing and driving Paid Search accounts within a media agency or client environment
* Additional channel experience outside of Paid Search is preferable but not essential
* Excellent problem-solving ability: solving problems as they arise, however you know when to escalate issues and contribute to the rescoping of continuous improvement
