Job Summary
We're seeking an expert IT professional to deliver exceptional customer service and technical support. The successful candidate will be responsible for resolving queries, improving processes, and maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IT, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work autonomously as well as part of a team.
Main Responsibilities:
* Provide timely and effective technical support via telephone and IT service desk system.
* Aim for first call resolution and minimize failure demand.
* Create and maintain procedures and knowledge base documentation to ensure consistency.
* Interact with latest technology and provide hands-on field support for all end-user IT hardware and software.
* Maintain IT Asset Register and record asset details and licensing.
Requirements:
* Tertiary IT qualification or industry certification and relevant experience.
* Solid understanding of MS desktop operating environments, end-user hardware/software, peripherals, printers, and communications equipment.
* Strong customer service experience and excellent interpersonal skills.
* Demonstrated ability to proactively identify issues and take necessary action.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
