About the Role
Join a large multinational manufacturing company with over 30 years of innovation in industrial and waste management equipment. We’re expanding our in-house electrical team to reduce reliance on subcontractors and deliver faster, safer, and more efficient operations.
This is a hands-on, highly diverse role where no two days are the same. You’ll maintain, troubleshoot, and repair electrical systems, support service technicians with installations, and play a key part in improving site efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct electrical maintenance and repairs across the manufacturing site
- Support service technicians with installations, fault-finding, and troubleshooting
- Ensure compliance with Australian electrical standards and WHS regulations
- Collaborate with production teams and electrical engineers to optimize operations
- Contribute to streamlining workflows and reducing subcontractor reliance
About You
- Qualified Electrician with industrial/manufacturing experience
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive, safety-first approach
- Team-oriented, reliable, and excellent communicator
- Comfortable in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
