About the role:
Liaise with
internal stakeholders and external clients .
Work on a range of
commercial law matters
with a focus on
intellectual property, technology, and commercialisation, such as
protection of confidential information and trade secrets, as well as
copyright
matters.
The role will have elements of
dual facing
(litigious and transactional).
The ideal candidate:
Have at least
3+ years PQE
and a strong commercial law foundation and experience in intellectual property.
Strong drafting, communication, and analytical skills.
Ability to work independently, manage a varied workload, meet deadlines.
