Due to continued growth, we're looking for a HVAC Customer Account Manager to join our Perth team—a team known for its technical excellence and commitment to mentoring. The Role
* Manage client relationships across new and existing accounts, ensuring exceptional service delivery and satisfaction.
* Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the commercial HVAC sector to drive growth.
* Act as the primary point of contact for clients, providing timely communication and solutions.
* Collaborate with internal technical teams to deliver tailored HVAC solutions that meet client needs.
* Prepare and present proposals, quotes, and service agreements in line with company standards.
* Monitor contract performance and compliance, ensuring service levels and KPIs are achieved.
* Provide technical advice and insights to clients, leveraging your HVAC knowledge to add value.
* Coordinate site visits and inspections, ensuring smooth execution of maintenance and project works.
* Develop and manage asset lifecycle strategies through our in-house ARMs system, focusing on CAPEX and OPEX planning to optimize client expenditure.
* Ensure client-focused delivery and reporting by leveraging ARMs for accurate asset data, performance insights, and transparent communication.
Selection Criteria
* HVAC Trade Qualification and applicable licences (including Arctick).
* 10+ years' experience as a HVAC technician, with strong technical capability.
* Current Driver's Licence .
* Confidence in communication with stakeholders across all levels and backgrounds.
* OHS Construction Induction Card .
* A commitment to excellence, with a proactive and driven approach to achieving results.
* A team player who thrives in a collaborative environment and values knowledge-sharing.
* A hunger to learn and grow, embracing new challenges and continuous development.
* Supervisor experience is desirable, though management experience is not required.
