We're looking for a curious, data‐driven Voice of Customer Analyst who loves turning customer insight into meaningful action. Someone who is energized by solving problems, influencing decisions and driving better customer outcomes.
Responsibilities
* Integrate survey data with digital analytics and other datasets to generate clear, actionable insights and narratives that influence product, service and experience decisions across the organisation.
* Collect, manage and analyse structured and unstructured customer feedback across different touchpoints to uncover trends, pain points and opportunities.
* Support the day‐to‐day management of the Voice of Customer program, balancing operational excellence with strategic programme evolution.
* Manage, monitor and optimise data workflows, including feed integrations and data enrichment processes to ensure data quality and accessibility.
* Embed Voice of Customer metrics (NPS, customer satisfaction, customer sentiment) and research insights into everyday decision‐making to drive incremental CX improvements.
Qualifications
* Strong quantitative capability and a passion for delivering measurable CX uplift.
* Exceptional analytical problem‐solving skills with experience in data manipulation, trend identification, delivering insight‐led storytelling and presentations.
* Technical capability in SQL or similar query languages plus hands‐on experience with CX platforms (e.g. Medallia, Qualtrics), research tools (e.g. Q software, Displayr) or UX testing environments.
* 2‐4 years of experience in analytics, research, CX or data‐driven roles.
