SAP SuccessFactors REC and ONB Managing Consultant – People Consulting – HR Transformation. Join our dynamic HR Transformation team in Australia, where we are dedicated to helping organisations transform their HR & People functions through creative technology solutions.
Your opportunity
As our SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting and Onboarding Managing Consultant you will contribute to delivering exceptional HR transformation services to our clients. You will work closely with clients to understand their operational needs, design and configure SuccessFactors Recruiting and Onboarding modules, and ensure successful project delivery. Your expertise will help organisations streamline their HR processes, improve employee experiences, and achieve their strategic HR and people goals.
This role is based in Naarm – Melbourne / Canberra - Ngambri / Meanjin – Brisbane / Warrang – Sydney. Our roles can potentially be adjusted to work flexibly with reduced hours. Please speak with us about potential options.
Key Responsibilities
- Create innovative insights for clients, adapting methods and practices to fit project needs
- Use knowledge and implementation experience to shape services to meet client needs
- Manage and deliver HR Transformation projects across various sectors, enhancing the change experience for diverse organisations
- Develop and deliver fit-for-purpose analysis, recommendations, solutions, reports, presentations, and other project deliverables
- Implement and configure SuccessFactors Recruiting and Onboarding to meet client requirements and business processes
- Conduct workshops to gather business requirements and provide best practice recommendations
- Develop and document functional specifications, solution designs, and configuration workbooks
- Collaborate with cross-functional and technical teams to ensure seamless integration with other SuccessFactors modules and third-party systems
- Provide advanced-level support and troubleshooting for complex Talent and Hire-to-Retire processes, with a focus on Recruiting and Onboarding
- Provide guidance on deployment approach and planning
- Manage project timelines, deliverables, and client expectations to ensure successful delivery
- Stay updated with the latest SuccessFactors releases and enhancements and provide recommendations for system improvements
Skills and qualifications
- Australian Citizenship is required; Baseline Clearance is a bonus
- Degree or qualification in Business/Commerce, HR, HR Technology, or Information Systems
- Experience with HR/Payroll systems and HR processes including process review and design
- Certification in SuccessFactors Recruiting, Onboarding (2.0) and Employee Central at minimum
- Completion of at least 3 end-to-end SuccessFactors REC/ONB implementations
- Understanding of HR Technology business challenges and how to improve people and business experience
- Experience in Australian HR Transformation projects to enhance functionality and performance
Ideally, also have these skills, but not required: experience in diverse project teams, consulting experience, stakeholder management, and ability to engage clients and colleagues at all levels.
