What you'll be doing
In this dynamic role, you will coordinate and facilitate medical education programs and training networks to ensure trainees receive high-quality learning experiences aligned with college and NSW Health requirements.
* Coordinate and manage medical training programs, including trainee recruitment, allocation and orientation
* Liaise with Directors of Training, Colleges and key stakeholders to support program delivery
* Promote education programs and ensure resources are organised for effective training delivery
* Monitor trainee progress and assist with training performance and assessment processes
* Implement program evaluation and quality improvement initiatives based on trainee feedback

* Relevant qualifications or equivalent experience in adult education, Medical Colleges’ training standards, criteria for trainees and accreditation requirements.
* Demonstrated high level administration and organisation skills, including management, coordination, development and evaluation of education programs, as well as rostering and rotations of trainees.
* Demonstrated superior communication skills, verbal and written, including the provision of a range of high-level documentation and reports.
* Strong interpersonal skills, including stakeholder engagement, negotiation and conflict resolution skills.
* Proven experience in the management of complex projects including management of competing demands and meeting deadlines.
* Proven ability to work independently and in a team environment.
* Demonstrated advanced knowledge and practical skills with Microsoft Office software.
* Willingness to work occasional Saturdays.
