Core collaboration hours are 10am–2pm, with flexibility around that.
I’m working exclusively with a rapidly scaling SaaS platform operating in high-stakes, real-world environments. Changes affect live production workflows. Rework is expensive. Ambiguity is dangerous.
This isn’t a “take notes in meetings and write fluffy user stories” BA role. This is a clarity role. Tight collaboration with engineering, QA, and exec.
What You’ll Be DoingTurning messy feature ideas into structured, build-ready requirementsInterrogating assumptions (yes, even from senior stakeholders)Defining exactly what’s in scope and what isn’tWriting acceptance criteria that leave no room for interpretationMapping workflows, states, permissions, edge cases and downstream impactFlagging regression-sensitive areas before development beginsSupporting release readiness for production-critical changes
If you resonate with the below, you'll thrive here:Comfortable working in ambiguity and structuring chaosChallenges unclear thinking (respectfully but firmly)Technically grounded, can talk data flows, integrations, permissionsThinks in systems, not isolated ticketsLow ego, high accountabilityEscalates uncertainty early instead of assuming
Requirements must account for:Downstream impactData integrityRegression riskOperational safetyRelease verification
If you’ve worked around complex systems especially in regulated or operationally sensitive environments, you’ll understand why that matters.
What Success Looks Like (6–12 Months)Fewer “that’s not what we meant” momentsReduced mid-build reinterpretationDevelopers and QA clear on what to build, what to test, and what not to buildFewer production issues traced back to ambiguous requirements
If you’re the kind of BA who enjoys tightening systems, reducing noise, and building trust through precision this one’s worth a conversation.
