Zoom Recruitment, in partnership with BOC, is seeking an Operations Administrator to join the Operations Centre team in Preston.

This role offers a fantastic opportunity to support a busy operations environment while enjoying the flexibility of part-time hours.

About the Role
Reporting to the Production Shift Manager, you'll play a key role in supporting the day-to-day operations of the plant. You'll assist managers and staff across administration, reporting, purchasing, and document control to ensure smooth, efficient operations.

Key Responsibilities

* Daily production reporting, monitoring, and data entry into SAP
* Preparing monthly reports and reconciliations, driving cost savings
* Coding invoices, raising purchase orders, and purchasing site supplies
* Maintaining records including leave, RDOs, and banked hours
* Coordinating site functions, meetings, and conferences
* Acting as site Document Controller and maintaining SharePoint filing systems
* Sorting, scanning, and archiving production records
* Assisting with audits, continuous improvement, and process documentation
* General administrative support to managers and staff

What We're Looking For

* Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook
* Strong organizational and analytical skills
* High attention to detail with accurate data entry and reporting skills
* A collaborative team player with great communication skills
* Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks effectively

The Offer

* $42 per hour + superannuation
