Lead and scale a finance function About Our Client A proud Australian business, our client is on a growth trajectory and as a result is seeking to strengthen its finance function with this new hire. Job Description Reporting into the CFO and General Manager, this role will play a key part in shaping the company's financial pathway, with key duties and responsibilities including: Overseeing and leading the scaling of the businesses' finance function Managing the finance team, across both qualified and transactional finance Help to drive continuous improvement across system implementations and software Statutory reporting, budgeting, forecasting, managing cashflow and tax duties Deliver timely financial reporting to help drive business operations The Successful Applicant The successful candidate will possess a strong background working in a mid-senior level finance role within a commercial environment, with a proven track record of helping scale up a finance function/business.
