**Duties of a Funeral Director's Assistant include**:
- Support our Funeral Directors to provide a high quality of service to families who entrust us to care for their loved ones.
- Responsible for maintaining a high standard of presentation and cleanliness of our facilities and equipment at all times.
- Working collaboratively to bring the deceased into our care with dignity and respect, including the availability to participate in our after-hours duty roster.
- Assist with funeral proceedings and ensure pre-arranged plans and ad-hoc requests on the day are appropriately implemented.

- Strong customer service ethos and commitment to service delivery
- Professional attitude with an empathetic and compassionate approach towards people
- Be at ease working with grieving families and the deceased
- Possess a full unrestricted driver's license
