You'll help shape the student experience while ensuring residents receive the support they need, from welfare monitoring to academic assistance.You’ll be responsible for recruiting, mentoring, and developing residential leaders, as well as overseeing resident behavior and maintaining a safe, high-quality living environment. By providing effective interventions, you’ll ensure compliance with residential codes, rules, and tenancy agreements. Your input will be key in identifying improvement opportunities, escalating incidents, and collaborating with General Managers to enhance the overall residential experience.
