About the role I-MED Radiology is seeking a Safety & Injury Management Administrator to join the National Quality and Safety Team. Reporting to the National Safety Manager, you will support injury management processes across the business, including coordination, reporting, and administration of non-work-related and workers compensation cases. You’ll work closely with internal teams and external providers to support return-to-work outcomes, while contributing to broader safety initiatives, reporting, and audit activities. Key responsibilities Administer the injury management system, ensuring all cases are accurately recorded Manage payroll reporting and insurer reimbursements Generate reports across injury management, triage, and early intervention programs Monitor and reconcile EIP invoicing and perform QA/QC activities Support Working from Home safety assessments Create and report on RiskWare safety audits Provide administrative and project support to the Quality & Safety team Maintain safety dashboards and prepare monthly incident reports Coordinate the Quality & Safety newsletter About you Experience in injury management, safety, or a similar coordination role Strong Excel, data management, and reporting skills Highly organised with strong attention to detail Able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Confident working with stakeholders across the business Experience with safety or injury management systems (desirable) Why I-MED?
