Private Psychology Practice | Canberra (Isaacs) | Part-time, Onsite (4 days/week)
Evo Psychology is a private psychology practice based in Canberra. We are passionate about supporting diverse communities, including people who are neurodivergent and/or part of the LGBTQIA+ community, and we pride ourselves on creating a warm, inclusive, and affirming space for both clients and staff.
We're looking for a caring, capable Administration Assistant / Receptionist to join our small, supportive team. You'll be the first point of contact for clients and referrers, and a key part of ensuring our practice runs smoothly and ethically.
This is a permanent part-time, onsite role (3–4 days per week), ideal for someone with experience in medical, allied health, or similar administrative settings who values meaningful work and a positive team culture.
About Evo Psychology:

* Excellent computer and IT skills
* Ability to multitask, prioritise, and take ownership of tasks
Highly desirable:
* Experience in psychology, medical, or allied health administration
* Interest in or study within the mental health field
* Experience using practice management software (e.g. PowerDiary, Halaxy, Splose)
* Knowledge of Medicare Better Access, Eating Disorder Plans, and/or NDIS processes

Why work with us?
* Supportive, kind, and genuinely collaborative team
* Meaningful work with purpose and impact
