We are seeking a Sales Representative to join our SEQ team.
You'll take ownership of a defined territory and clients, build and maintain strong relationships with trade customers, identify new business opportunities, and drive sales growth.
Working closely with Branch Managers, Purchasing, and Internal Sales, you'll ensure our customers receive outstanding service.
Key Responsibilities
• Manage and grow a portfolio of trade customers
• Prepare accurate quotations and chase down opportunities.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure product availability and on-time delivery.
• Stay across market trends, competitor activity, and product innovations.
• Champion Bretts' culture of safety, service, and professionalism.
About You
You're a natural relationship builder who thrives on exceeding customer expectations. You understand the trade and construction environment, and you're passionate about delivering solutions that add real value.
• Minimum 2 years' experience in sales or account management, ideally in the trade, building, or construction sectors.
• Strong knowledge of timber, building materials, and hardware products.
• Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
• Excellent communication and influencing skills.
• Proficiency with CRM systems and Google Suite.
• A current Queensland Class C driver's licence.
