What You’ll Be Doing Delivering exceptional customer service across inbound phone, website, email and scheduling platforms. Supporting customers by providing tailored solutions and promoting our services. Maintaining accurate customer information in our database. Attending specialist training to continually enhance your skills. Collaborating with a fun and motivated team that values your input. About You ✔ A passion for delivering outstanding customer service and building relationships. ✔ Motivated to learn and grow in your career. ✔ Excellent communication and presentation skills. ✔ Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook. ✔ Enjoys working in a team environment and helping others. ✔ National Police Clearance (required). ✔ Availability to work Monday to Friday, 8am – 5pm.
