Job Description:
An exceptional culinary leader is sought to spearhead the kitchen operations of a prominent hospitality establishment.
* Directing a team of approximately 35 chefs across four outlets
* Developing menus, overseeing costings and ingredient management, and ensuring efficient kitchen operations
* Collaborating with Sous Chefs to ensure seamless kitchen operations and high standards of food quality
* Supporting functions and large-scale events of up to 400-500 guests
* Providing hands-on training, guidance, and quality assurance across all kitchens
Responsibilities Include:

Requirements & Qualifications:
* Proven experience as a Head Chef in a high-volume setting
* Strong knowledge of menu engineering, costings, measurements, and ingredient management
* Hands-on leadership style with a passion for developing and mentoring chefs
* Ability to thrive in a dynamic environment while maintaining high standards of quality
* Strong organisational, communication, and time-management skills
