About the Role
1. You will report to the Boutique Manager and serve as an ambassador of Van Cleef & Arpels, welcoming and serving all visitors and clients entering the boutique.
2. Responsibilities include driving business by recruiting clients, developing loyalty, and achieving sales targets.
3. You will enhance our clients' expertise by presenting our universe, history, creations, and sources of inspiration.
4. Provide an outstanding experience through personalized client relationships and anticipating needs.
5. Serve all visitors by responding to requests, providing after-sales services, and offering care advice.
6. Contribute to a positive team environment by actively participating in daily boutique activities.
7. Develop operational excellence by mastering in-store tools and adhering to commercial policies and procedures.
