About the position
Kirwan Early Learning Centre is excited to invite a passionate Lead Educator—either Diploma-qualified or working towards their qualification—to join our dynamic team. This permanent position offers 37.5 hours per week, commencing as soon as practical. As the Lead Educator, you will guide and mentor fellow educators in delivering engaging, high-quality learning programs, ensure alignment with the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards, and work collaboratively with the Centre Leader to continuously enhance educational practices and outcomes for children. MMCNQ is a child-safe organisation committed to ensuring every child feels safe, valued, and supported to learn and grow.
What you'll need to succeed
* Diploma (completed, or working towards) in Early Childhood Education or ACECQA equivalent
* Understanding and knowledge of National Quality Framework and My Time Our Place Framework
* Current Working with Children Check (Blue Card)
* Current First Aid Certificate Including CPR, Asthma and Anaphylaxis or ability to obtain before commencement
