With continued growth across Queensland, we are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to help expand our presence and partnerships statewide.

The Role
This is a field-based Business Development role based in South East Queensland, with regular travel throughout metro and regional Queensland.
You will be responsible for developing new business opportunities, building strategic partnerships, and driving growth, while operating with a high level of autonomy and strong internal support.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and develop new business opportunities across Queensland
Build and manage relationships with referral partners, stakeholders, and key contacts
Promote our insurance-focused services to potential partners and clients
Conduct face-to-face meetings, presentations, and site visits
Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified opportunities
Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth handover and delivery
Represent the business professionally at meetings and industry events
Provide market feedback and reporting to support growth initiatives
About You
Proven experience in business development, sales, or account management
Comfortable selling insurance-related, construction, or property services
Strong relationship-building and negotiation skills
Highly self-motivated and able to work independently
Based in South East Queensland and willing to travel extensively
Experience in construction, insurance, building services, or property highly regarded
Excellent communication, presentation, and organisational skills
Current driver's licence required
