Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience using scheduling software/CRM systems.

Key Duties
Efficiently coordinate and schedule a large volume of contracted work and ad-hoc work orders.
Manage and prioritise a constant, high volume of incoming work orders, ensuring all jobs are logged and assigned promptly.
Maintain high-level, clear communication with technicians, clients, and internal teams regarding schedules, delays, and job status.
Maintain accurate records of all scheduling activities and updates within the company system.
