Position Overview
We are seeking an Experienced Gardener / Maintenance Operator who can work independently and deliver high-standard results across a variety of sites.
You will be responsible for mowing, edging, garden bed maintenance, hedge trimming, small clean-ups, and general property presentation.
You will be a key part of the business expansion and, for the right person, this role can lead to:

Key Responsibilities
Lawn mowing (push and self-propelled)
Whipper snipping / edging
Hedge trimming & pruning
Weeding and garden bed maintenance
Green waste removal
Property clean-ups
Maintaining equipment in good working condition
Communicating professionally with clients and property managers

Requirements
Essential:
Minimum 1 year experience in lawn/garden maintenance
Strong attention to detail
Ability to work independently and efficiently
Reliable transport and a valid driver's license
Physically fit and safe work attitude
Punctual, trustworthy, and able to represent the business professionally
Preferable:
ABN (or willingness to obtain one)
White Card
Experience with Honda, Stihl or equivalent commercial equipment
