As our project pipeline continues to grow, we are seeking a skilled and experienced Full-Time Plasterer to join our team and provide stability in leading contractors when required.
About the Role
This is a full-time, on-site role for a qualified Plasterer. You will be responsible for executing high-quality plastering work across various projects and providing on-site guidance and coordination for contractors to ensure timely and consistent project delivery. The position plays a key role in maintaining workflow stability and supporting the long-term sustainability of our construction operations.
Key Responsibilities
* Installing plasterboard partitions, wall linings and suspended ceiling systems in accordance with project specifications and architectural plans.
* Setting out, measuring, cutting and fixing plasterboard panels, metal framing and components for fit-out projects.
* Applying stopping, flushing and finishing systems to achieve smooth, defect-free surfaces suitable for painting and final presentation.
* Installing fire-rated, acoustic and insulated wall/ceiling systems commonly used in commercial fit-out projects.
* Coordinating and overseeing contractors onsite (when required), ensuring alignment with project timelines, safety procedures and quality expectations.
* Inspecting completed works for compliance with building standards and HC Partition's workmanship requirements.
* Identifying material needs, communicating site progress, and reporting project issues to management.
* Maintaining a clean and safe work environment on active construction sites.
Skills & Experience
* Minimum Cert III in Wall and Ceiling Lining, Solid Plastering, or equivalent qualification.
* At least 2–3 years' relevant plastering experience.
* Strong understanding of construction drawings and site requirements.
* Ability to lead small teams or coordinate contractors when needed.
* High attention to detail and strong commitment to quality workmanship.
* White Card required; additional licences or tickets will be highly regarded.
