HR Operations Officer:
Are you an early-career HR professional looking to build your experience in a supportive and collaborative environment?
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented HR Operations Officer to support the delivery of effective, compliant, and best-practice human resources services across the organisation. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who has completed (or is currently undertaking) tertiary studies in Human Resources and has a strong background in administration or data entry.
About the Role:
Reporting to the HR team lead, this role provides responsive operational HR support and partners with stakeholders across the business to ensure consistent and professional people management practices. This role offers exposure across multiple HR disciplines.
You will:
* Provide day-to-day HR administrative and operational support
* Maintain accurate employee records and HR systems
* Assist with recruitment coordination and onboarding processes
* Support learning & development, benefits and employee lifecycle activities
* Prepare HR documentation, reports, and correspondence
* Contribute to HR projects and continuous improvement initiatives
* Support the rollout of HR programs, policies, and training
About You:
Exposure to HR operational or generalist activities will be highly regarded, but not essential.
This opportunity would suit someone who:
* Has completed or is currently undertaking tertiary qualifications in Human Resources or a related discipline
* Experience using a HR case management system desirable
* Has strong administration, data entry, or office coordination experience
* Demonstrates excellent attention to detail and accuracy
* Is confident working with systems, spreadsheets, and reporting tools
* Has strong written and verbal communication skills
* Is organised, proactive, and able to manage multiple priorities
* Is professional, customer-focused, and enjoys supporting others
* Is eager to learn and develop across a broad range of HR functions
