As a Senior Case Manager at Centacare FNQ located in Cairns, QLD, you will play a key role within the Mental Health & Wellbeing department. This is a contract position within the Social Services category. Your responsibilities will include:
* Providing high-level case management services to clients with complex needs, ensuring their holistic support and wellbeing.
* Leading a team of case managers and support staff, providing guidance and supervision to ensure effective service delivery.
* Developing and implementing individualised care plans in collaboration with clients, their families, and relevant stakeholders.

* Proven experience in case management within the mental health sector
