Front-Line Service Delivery Role
The Front-Line Service Delivery Officer will provide key support services to clients of a community focused federal government agency.
* Manage and resolve participant matters by actioning planning tasks as per the Agency Act.
* Offer front-line service delivery support, including responding to participant enquiries and resolving customer issues.
* Resolve customer enquiries, provide information, and/or refer customers to appropriate government or community services.
* Coordinate appointments using office facilities and ensure they are accessible for participants.
* Conduct research and investigation activities, preparing associated reports and correspondence.
* Perform data entry activities and ensure follow-up is completed.
* Record complaints and other feedback in business systems.
Requirements:
* Australian citizenship is required.
* Previous experience in Government or Disability is highly advantageous.
* Ability to work in a team environment.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to manage conflict and difficult/sensitive conversations.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
* Ability to use initiative and work independently.
* Capacity to learn new systems and processes.
Benefits:
This is a 12-month Labour Hire contract with opportunities for extension. The role offers an hourly rate of $37.36 + Superannuation and is based out of Geelong.
