Location and Position
Exciting casual opportunity based in Wagga Wagga. The role offers a variety of shift times including morning, daytime and evening.
Responsibilities
* Deliver a range of services to participants to support them in living a fulfilling and meaningful life in the community.
* Assist with daily life, including personal care, domestic activities, and social and community participation.
* Facilitate varying skill development activities.
* Support the National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS) program as required by the employer.
* Maintain open availability where possible (highly regarded, not essential).
Qualifications and Pre‑Employment Checks
* Minimum Certificate 3 in Mental Health, Disability, Aged Care, Home and Community Care or related fields (desired, not essential).
* Experience and knowledge with physical disabilities is an advantage.
* A current valid driver's license and a registered, insured vehicle.
* National Police Check completed within the last 12 months.
* Working with Children Check.
* NDIS Orientation Certificate – free online course.
* NDIS Worker Screening Check.
* Manual Handling training is desired.
