* What you'll be doing
o Ensure all spa services and treatments are delivered to the highest standards
o Work with staff to manage inventory
o Foster a positive and welcoming spa environment for both clients and staff
o Ensure compliance with all relevant health, safety and regulatory requirements
* What we're looking for
o Proven experience in a similar role within the hair and beauty industry
o Excellent customer service skills and the ability to provide a exceptional client experience
o Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a team
o Proficient in the use of spa booking software and other relevant technologies
o Qualifications in Beauty Therapy or a related field would be highly regarded
