As a seasoned Office Administrator and Bookkeeper, you will play a vital role in managing the day-to-day administrative and financial operations of our organization.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage all daily bookkeeping and accounting activities using QuickBooks Online (QBO).
* Handle Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Payroll, Superannuation, and assist with BAS preparation.
* Maintain accurate and organized financial records.
* Carry out bank reconciliations, transaction reviews, and data entry with high precision.
Requirements:
* At least six years' experience in bookkeeping, office management or similar roles.
* Advanced proficiency in QuickBooks Online (QBO).
* Exceptional attention to detail, strong organizational abilities, and a proactive approach.
