**Job Opportunity:** Administration & Sales Coordinator
We are seeking a skilled and motivated individual to join our team as an Administration & Sales Coordinator. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and has excellent communication skills.
As part of this role, you will be responsible for:
* Generating, maintaining and distributing sales reports
* Maintaining accurate information in company systems and processes
* Processing orders in ERP system
* Taking inbound calls from customers
* Reviewing and processing business invoicing requirements
* Providing general administration support (banking, stationery orders, kitchen consumables and staff uniforms)
* General Banking and Petty Cash management
You will work closely with the team to ensure that our internal customers' orders are checked and despatched on time. We are looking for someone who is proactive, hands-on and able to work well under pressure.
**Key Requirements:**
* Previous experience with MS Office products
* Knowledge of AR processes an advantage
* Excellent telephone manner and written communication in professional manner
* Outstanding attention to detail
