Key Responsibilities:
* Provide administrative support to the property management team.
* Manage and organise property documents, leases, and agreements.
* Handle client inquiries and communications in a professional manner.
* Assist with scheduling and coordinating property inspections and maintenance.
* Support the team with data entry, reporting, and filing tasks.
* Maintain office supplies and ensure the smooth running of day-to-day operations.
Key Requirements:
* Strong organisational and time management skills.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
* Must have driver's licence and vehicle
* Must be prepared to undertake study for your real estate licence
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
* Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
* Previous experience in an administrative role is an advantage but not essential.
