Morrison Low is a leading consulting firm specialising in advising the public sector in Australia and New
Zealand. We now have a vacancy in our Sydney office (located within walking distance of Central Station).
We need an accomplished project administrator with an eye for detail and a passion for delivering high quality
and professional documents.

**About the Role**
This is a varied role where you will be part of a professional, friendly, supportive team. There is opportunity to
learn and expand the role according to your talents. As we are a small team, everyone pitches in.
You will be involved in a range of tasks including:
- Formatting, proofreading and finalising documents
- Supporting our consultants and working across virtual teams
- Project financial processes, such as invoicing and expenses
- General office support, travel bookings, marketing, and website administration.
**About You**
You have initiative, maturity, and the ability to manage multiple deadlines, to help meet project deliverables.
You love to take responsibility for a variety of tasks and enjoy being an integral part of a small team.
To be successful in the role you will have:
- Strong attention to detail and a focus on quality
- Advanced formatting and desktop publishing skills (Microsoft Word and PowerPoint a must) to make
our work look sensational
- Strong written communication and high-quality proofreading skills
- Intranet administration and management (SharePoint)
- Ability to reconcile expenses and create invoices
- Outstanding communication skills and the ability to relate well with client and colleagues alike.
Remuneration will be negotiated depending on experience, current skills, and qualifications.
