We are seeking to fill two roles; a Child Care Coordinator and a Child Care Team Leader.
About the Service
* Galiwinku Child Care Service is a 25-place, community-focused centre.
* Children aged 6 months to preschool in a mixed-age learning environment.
* Operating hours: Mon, Tues, Thurs, Fri 8:00am-4:30pm | Wed 8:00am-2:00pm
* Wednesday afternoons are dedicated to programming and planning
* Nutritious meals, nappies, sunscreen & essentials all provided

The Roles Child Care Coordinator (Educational Leader)
* Oversee day-to-day operations, enrolments, and compliance
* Lead programming, planning, and mentor the team
* Manage attendance, CCS requirements, and family communication
* Supported by an experienced Regional Manager
Child Care Team Leader
* Support daily operations and programming
* Guide and mentor educators in practice
* Contribute to a safe, engaging and culturally responsive environment
What You'll Bring
* Diploma in Early Childhood Education & Care
* Knowledge of the EYLF and NQF
* Strong leadership and communication skills
* Cultural awareness and ability to work respectfully with First Nations communities
* First Aid, CPR, Food Safety and Child Protection Trainings(or willingness to obtain)
