At Bouygues Construction Australia, we specialise in the design, construction, financing, and delivery of innovative projects in the fields of civil infrastructure and building.
As a member of the Bouygues Construction Group, we have been operating in Australia for over 25 years. During this time, we have successfully delivered several major projects, including the Sydney Airport Link (T2 Airport Line), NorthConnex, and WestConnex 3A.
Key Responsabilities
* Develop and implement a project quality management system in conjunction with the construction and commissioning teams;
* Implement and verify effectiveness of project quality control and assurance processes for the M&E team;
* Drive development of a culture in which project personnel (including suppliers and subcontractors) are engaged with product quality and process efficiency;
* Develop, monitor and drive the M&E project team to achieve agreed project KPIs for quality performance;
* Manage the interfaces with the relevant construction and commissioning teams and other parts of the quality team.
Your Profile
* Engineering degree
* 2-3 years of experience
* Strong business capabilities including analytical thinking, problem solving, influencing & negotiating and planning
* Self-motivated and able to work independently
* Good level of English
