The Role
We are seeking a Senior Social Media Marketing Manager to lead and grow our social media presence across multiple platforms.
This is a remote, self-directed, contract role ideal for an experienced marketer who wants flexibility while managing their own schedule.
You Will
Develop, implement, and optimize social media campaigns that drive engagement, leads, and conversions.
Place ads on social media platforms, jobs boards and other media (Full training provided for those platforms and our systems)
Collaborate with our team to create compelling content aligned with our brand voice.
Interview potential clients as part of the lead qualification process.
Analyze performance metrics and continuously refine campaigns to improve results.
Stay ahead of social media trends and platform updates.
What We're Looking For
Resident of USA, Canada, Australia, or New Zealand.
5+ years of proven social media marketing experience.
Solid knowledge of content strategy, paid social campaigns, and analytics.
Excellent communication skills and creative problem-solving ability.
Self-motivated, results-oriented, and comfortable managing a remote workflow.
Keen interest in the personal development or online coaching field is a plus.
