We are looking for a dynamic Sales Representative to join tour field sales force and be a part of a passionate team. You will be responsible to execute banner specific sales initiatives, deliver individual KPIs and set targets across your territory.

About the Role
Reporting to the State Sales Manager your key focus will be to grow the business through shelf presence, distribution and promotions as well as developing and maintaining relationships with your customer base.
**Key responsibilities include**:
- Execute Manassen's sales initiatives through direct relationship management across defined customer base
- Build and maintain strong store personnel relationships through exceptional in store service
- Ensure distribution of graded lines in nominated independent stores through Metcash warehouse.
- Pre-sell promotions, NPD and achievement of targets.
- Ensure compliance to plans in MSO's as instructed by State sales manager.
- Achievement of a state-based sales target and establish a strong shelf presence for our brands.
- Check and report promotional / display tie up as advised by the account team.
- Observe and report on competitor activity, market trends and market intelligence.
- Adhere to a regular call cycle ensuring the cycle is efficient yet flexible and best matches opportunities for growth.
- Attend Sales meetings when requested.
- Ensure all administration i.e., weekly reports, distribution, speed to market reports and expense forms are updated and submitted proactively.
- Demonstrate a commitment to delivering a high-level customer service and a willingness to go that extra step for every customer.
- Regional Territories, able to travel based on a call cycle.
Skills, Experience and Abilities
- Hold a current driver's licence
- Able to work within established territories
- Experience in the use of appropriate ERP system.
- Basic knowledge use of data systems
- Able to work within established routines, methods and procedures under very strict management parameters
- Experience in the use of appropriate ERP system.
- Strong communication (written and verbal) and influencing skills. In particular, the ability to advocate change and influence internal opinion.
- Highly numerate with the ability to understand data and to interpret it in a lateral manner.
- Ability to propose and deliver continuous improvement initiatives.
- Diplomacy and tact in order to gain support at all levels in the business coupled with confidence, intelligence and business acumen skills to influence abilities and outcomes.
- An individual who is prepared to own a process and accept accountability for performance.
- Decisive, with the ability to make sound decisions, based on experience and good judgement.
- A pragmatic person, capable of interacting successfully at all levels of the organisation.
