Nurse Unit Manager Level 1 – Maitland Dialysis Unit



Overview


As the Clinical Nurse Unit Manager (CNUM) for the Renal Unit at The Maitland Hospital, you will play a critical role in leading a dedicated team of nursing professionals. Your day-to-day duties will involve supervising, supporting, and guiding nursing staff, ensuring the highest standard of patient care within the unit. You will be the go-to expert for your team, offering advice and direction in relation to patient management and care. This is a full-time role, with shifts based on the operational needs of the Renal Unit. Hours are flexible to ensure coverage across all shifts and to maintain an efficient service delivery.

Requirements

* Current Authority to Practice as a Registered Nurse with AHPRA with relevant post graduate qualifications in management or speciality with a demonstrated commitment to professional development.
