Key Responsibilities

* We need someone who can design and develop across the tech stack, including Python/Django, React/TypeScript and Postgres.
* You'll be responsible for turning complex algorithms into seamless user experiences.
* Collaborate with our cross-functional team, comprising optimisation specialists and product experts.
* Mentor junior developers and contribute to improving our technical standards.
* Work on scalability and multi-client product challenges - it's never dull!


Requirements

* You should have hands-on experience with Python (Django), React + TypeScript.
* Familiarity with Postgres and CI/CD pipelines is essential.
* A product-focused mindset is crucial - you care about what you deliver, not just the code.
* Mentorship skills are important - you enjoy helping others grow.
* You should be comfortable in environments where one-size-fits-all solutions don't work.


Nice-to-Haves

* Experience with containerised infrastructure (K8s, EKS) would be great.
* A consulting or product background where agility is key would be beneficial.
* Bonus points if you've worked with rostering/scheduling/optimisation tools before.
