You’ll play a critical role in shaping our people strategy, fostering strong relationships, and delivering practical, business-aligned HR solutions.Key ResponsibilitiesStrategic HR Leadership – Ensure HR processes align with business objectives while maintaining compliance with corporate policies, workforce planning, and budgets.Business Partnering – Collaborate with General Managers and leadership teams to anticipate and address HR-related needs, driving organizational effectiveness.Comprehensive HR Oversight – Manage key HR functions, including talent development, recruitment, remuneration, industrial relations, workplace health and safety, and employee engagement.Expert HR Guidance – Provide hands-on support to managers in employee relations, performance management, compliance, and workforce planning.Continuous Improvement – Assess and enhance HR services, identifying areas for process optimization and greater efficiency.Team Leadership & Development – Mentor and support the NSW HR team, ensuring high-quality service delivery and professional growth.Workplace Health and Safety – Work closely with the National WH&S Advisor and local managers to implement and maintain safety programs.What You’ll Bring8-10 years of HR experience in a mid-to-large organization, along with relevant tertiary qualifications.Proven leadership experience with a track record of managing a small team.Expertise in Enterprise Agreement management and union relations (highly desirable).Strong stakeholder management, negotiation, and communication skills.Broad exposure across HR functions, including learning & development, industrial relations, recruitment, WH&S, and workforce planning.In-depth knowledge of employment and industrial relations legislation.Detail-oriented, compliance-focused mindset with strong written communication skills.Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word & Excel) and experience with HRIS (Oracle HCM) and SAP Payroll are advantageous.Application RequirementsFull working rights in Australia.Comfortable with a base salary of $150,000 - $155,000.Willing to work in the office full-time.Seniority levelMid-Senior levelEmployment typeFull-timeJob functionHuman Resources and ManagementIndustriesTechnology, Information and Media
