CELOTTI WORKFORCE has exciting opportunities for a temporary Human Resource Officer to join our client’s team in Darwin, NT.
We are seeking candidates with strong HR administration backgrounds who are ready to make an immediate impact.
Roles & Responsibilities :
* Dates : 8 February 2026 – approx. 1 month (temporary assignment)
* Pay Rate : $43.25 per hour
* Focus : Supporting HR & IR Manager with recruitment, induction, performance development, compensation administration, and HR compliance.
* Assist with end‑to‑end recruitment, onboarding, induction, termination and offboarding
* Support training program development and compliance training
* Provide HR administrative support and respond to staff queries
* Monitor HR mailbox and maintain HRIS records
* Assist with performance management processes and reporting
* Ensure confidentiality and compliance with WHS policies
Our Ideal Candidate:
* Certificate IV in Human Resources or equivalent (for HR Officer)
* Minimum 1–2 years’ experience in a similar HR role
* Knowledge of HR policies, Fair Work Act, Awards and related legislation
* High‑level computer literacy and HRIS experience
* Strong communication, interpersonal and customer service skills
* Demonstrated cross‑cultural awareness and ability to work in diverse communities
* Awareness of issues affecting First Nations People in Australia
* Ability to travel to remote communities as required
* Criminal History Check and NT Working with Children Clearance (mandatory)
