Location: Brisbane (Office Based) Division: IMP QLD Reporting to: Division Manager Employment Type: Part-time Are you an experienced administrator who thrives in a fast‑paced operational environment? Do you enjoy supporting teams, solving problems and ensuring accuracy across systems and processes? FMS Group is seeking a proactive and detail‑focused Business Support Coordinator to support our IMP QLD operations team. About the Role As the Business Support Coordinator, you will provide vital administrative and operational support across rostering, project set‑up, tracking, invoicing, scheduling and data management. Your high attention to detail and strong organisational skills will help optimise our workflow, ensure accuracy, and support both internal teams and external stakeholders. You’ll work closely with Operations to ensure all tasks are completed professionally, safely and on time. Key Responsibilities Support rostering, workforce scheduling and project administration Manage incoming purchase orders and assist with establishing project budgets Complete timely and accurate invoicing Conduct CMS, fatigue and qualification checks Assist with estimating, tenders and entering work packages Generate shifts, rosters and manning lists Provide support for timesheet processing and payroll functions Handle data entry, accounts payable/receivable and general administration Assist with auditing and system-related tasks Uphold all HSEQ requirements, reporting issues promptly Foster positive communication and teamwork across the division What You’ll Bring Essential: Strong commitment to safety Previous experience in a similar administrative/coordinator role Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast‑paced environment High attention to detail and commercial/financial awareness Strong Microsoft Word, Excel and general computer skills Class C driver’s licence Desired: Cert III / Diploma in Business or Administration Experience with Acumatica or MYOB XO Finance or accounts administration experience Ability to work with minimal supervision Our Choices – Our Values First in Safety – Safe in everything we do Mates in the Workplace – Respecting and supporting each other Work/Life Balance – Bringing our best selves to work and home Group Success – Taking ownership and striving for excellence What's in it for you?
